Will BenCutLaser run on this notepad ? (CLOSED)

Hi, I run T2 laser on a Samsung N145 Plus Notepad with Win 7.
Will it be ok to run BenCutLaser on the same machine ??

i cannot confirm (as i do not have that notepad) but if you can run T2, you should be able to run BCL.

Yes they can be installed on the same machine but you can't run them simultaneously as both need exclusive access to the COM port and you'll get conflicts.

Thanks for that. It was what I expected to hear. I have downloaded the trial version (1.7 ?) and the programme seems to run faultlessly.
I just need to get all my upgrades in place on my laser engraver and I can then try and cut some 3mm ply.
I have had a look at Ralph's videos and find them very good so I have a lot to do and learn in the meantime.
