I have just order limit switches , is there a good diagram for the connection?

I have a EleksMana 3 axes board and I don't need the home funktionality, just limit controls for x and Y

EleksMaker IV Axis / Connecting 2 and 3 axes boards

Hi

Now I have a 2 axes and a 3 axes board , both EleksMaker

I was thinking of bridge the two together so I have at least a 4 axes to work with.

I am looking for a rotary setup so I can keep my z-axes

Is this any good?

I have one installet on my A3 laser from banggood, works very well but is heavy, so when I don't use the laser I support the z axes so that it don't twist my x-axes, well I don't know if it will twist the x-axes, just to be sure  :)

That is correct. Trace and Engrave Frame features are disabled for CNC mode.

It is deliberate and was done for safety reasons but would be very easy to change, perhaps I could allow trace frame (spindle off) at Z-safe as a compromise?

Hi Zax

I could be nice if we just could trace the frame with Z-safe settings, maybe with a warning.

thanks for good support

Hi

About tracing frame

I am trying to use T2 as a cnc milling tool, when I set the Z >0 then I can't trace the frame. I need to deselect cnc mode before I can trace the frame?

When I tried to plug a servo straight into the mana board I couldn't get it to do anything except buzz and lock up, no matter what s value I used. How does it work?

Start using small values for the servo

Hi Zax

When i set z-safe to 0 (zero) then it moves to z (0) zero position?

Thanks for great support.

Okay , Now I have uploaded the default firmware again and set the settings as you explaned

now it turns the laser off as I wanted  :)

(I had toe set the laser power back to 255 (it was set to 1000 as default?)

Now I am all most there  :)

Now I was just wondering if I can skip the z-safe position so that the z just move down at each pass?

Is there a correct: post processor , configure eleksMana

to Laser mode (laser power should be 255)
to Pen draw mode
and to milling mode

Thanks for a great support  :)
