Ok so i did the set home and then used the trace option to pinpoint where it would engrave. That worked perfect on images and unfilled text. When i fill the text and set home, then use trace its tracing out my whole burn grid. How do i get just the area its engraving for the filled text?

Is there a video or thread somewhere to help me figure out how to engrave exactly where i need it to on my material? I can not figure this out for the life of me. Im using an eleksmaker A3 pro with t2 software. Any help would be much appreciated.

All jog arrows go the right directions, i changed the axis just to see if it would make a difference but it still engraves mirrored.   :(

4 wires from the laser to the box then 2 wires from the box to the control panel.
Im using T2laser with firmware 1.1e default

I received the benbox style. I've had nothing but trouble out of it. The laser even came on by itself and burned 4 holes before i could get it unplugged.

I tried that, it didn't fix it. The images and text are all mirror images. If i hold the engraved piece in the mirror it looks right.

Leather and wood
When the image comes up on my screen before i engrave it, it looks normal, but when it engraves the image is flipped vertical, so letters come out backwards. I can go in and edit the pic vertically and it changes it backwards on the screen but right when it engraves. Just wondering if i have to change it every time.

Im new to laser engraving so I'm sure I'll have more questions later..... is there a setting to change and keep the image the way its suppose to look instead of backwards every time?
