3mm.

He has a working Z axis and has extensively tested BCL's Z axis feature. He cut this 3mm project in 4 passes, using a Z axis drop of 1mm per pass.

His next project will be to cut 6mm wood.

Thanks @Zax,

I down loaded the zip file from them and opened up the .dxf file in QCAD. While you can use it the way it is, I divided up the drawing into two files for better efficiency in BCL. I'm posting the two files below, along with the screen shots of what they each look like inside BCL. They are now very efficient files from a drawings object count perspective. I also moved the drawing objects into positive X,Y work space.
