There are many users in the UK, which would be cheaper for postage but if you don't have any luck PM me and I will give you my address (USA).

Any particular reason for the UV laser? I'm just curious what made you decide to go that route as apposed to the 450nm laser version.

I did play with a powder coated bar the other day it did engrave but not all the way through.
This was before I started recording times and speed.

Have you found your answer? I own a powdercoating business and am going to try to etch after coating.

Hope this is in the right place! I'm really interested in the banggood 2500mW uv etcher, but I was wondering if anyone here had ever etched any powder coated aluminium with one of these machines? Is it possible with UV?

Yes I have etched coated aluminum. A LED flashlight body. Step at 300 and power 100%

I have 3 Hammond BB stomp boxes. I am making my dad a guitar pedal. I was wondering the same thing. I will throw a logo on one tomorrow (on the bottom of it doesn't work) and report back

Reporting back. I tried engraving on a Hammond BB box and it did not make even a small mark

Settings I used:

I "etched" a Altoids container.  The darker colors on the container etched better than the lighter colors.
