Eleksmaker Vs. Banggood
« on: June 09, 2017, 08:26:58 AM »
So apparently Banggood is slapping the Eleksmaker name on every laser on its site whether its made by them or not.  You can tell many of the Banggood lasers because they have two 2 pin connectors on the laser while the Eleksmaker ones have one 3 pin connector.  Eleksmaker doesnt appear to be happy about this so they opened their own store.  To further distance themselves from Banggood lasers, their lasers will now come with blue heat syncs.  There are gunuine Eleksmaker products on Banggood but be careful when you buy from them.  The shipping from Eleksmakers store is more expensive but should be faster since its air mail.  The profit margin isnt huge on our toys so they still dont have a dedicated customer service department.  So who knows how it will go if something is wrong... but it couldnt be any worse then the horror stories about banggood.

Cheers,
Steve

Still, thanks for the information. Being that I just bought a "eleksmaker" A3 from banggood (knowing it was a knock off being that the laser is 2-wire), This information is good to know. I prefer to give my business to companies who stand by their product and so far, Eleksmaker has done that more than the others. Heck, they even joined our merry band here to see what their customers wanted! Can you ask for more at this point?

I got the shipping notification from EleksMaker via PayPal, with a DHL tracking number.

So my laser is on the way, currently at Heathrow Airport (which would be great if I still lived in England).
