Very nice. You could try increasing the contrast a little but it looks great.

Looks nice. Improve contrast for better results. Turn on dynamic laser power to get rid of that dark border.

Post settings. What is the material you are engraving on?

Just done on scrap plywood, 0-255, 0.15mm, 2500 and 4000 speed.

Very impressive for scrap ply.

As suggested, using dynamic mode or increasing the acceleration will eliminate the dark edges.

My default algorithm already over-scans +1 resolution (without over-scan enabled, or +3 with it) but on some machines it isn't enough so in the next release I will have the option to add a small white border to the image.

I am thinking to make the option for a black border also but I will need to do some testing.

Ok I will try that. I don't mind it too much I ended up using it as a cut line when I cut off the edges. I was going to ask how to pause but I figured that out. Might help new people if you added a button or text  to let them know

The latest update which allows a border to be added was released, you can select black or white... or both... so you can do some nice quick borders. Add a black, then a white.

Looks really good! I have got the eleksmaker a3 2500mw, but I don't get it engrave grayscale in T2 laser.
What are your exact settings?

hey derek looks like you need to narrow up your power band.  try like 50 for a minimum power and 170 as a maximum.  Also when you are testing dont change multiple variables.  if you want to try different powers keep your speed constant.  If you want to try different speeds dont mess with you power.
