Laser Engraver Spacers

Just printed these for my A5. A little tight so you end up threading them on the M5s, but they seem like they will work better than the nylon spacers
Laser: A5 2000mw with L7 Board / A3 2500mw PWM with Mana SE -- All using T2Laser

Mine has chunky brass inserts on either side of the wheels, I guess yours is an early version ?
A nut would clash with the bearing dust cover but these are small enough diameter, they work well.

That's what I have on my A3 as well. My A5 has nylon spacers that are warped. I have a guy at work with a lathe that is supposedly making me some brass spacers, but I have only seen one so far (15 more to go). I want my second machine up and running.  I got new acrylic x axis cut and find that I still get a wobble. I am going to see if I can use Nottingham's tensioner for the A5 frame. These spacers came out nice though. Will have to report back once I see them in action.

As a side note, I have contacted Eleksmaker, banggood and a parts distributor to find those brass spacers to see if I could buy them. Nobody knows a thing about them.
