Something you might want to add to the ACRO parts, here are their leg's extended an extra 1 1/2".
I laser cut mine but you could print them easily.

Their build is low and didn't give me enough room to focus my laser so I just extended the legs to
get the height that I needed.

Something else of interest is that they have a hole for the belt to pass through the leg (same on the Y gantries) and use a simple T-nut to fasten the belt. Simple and works well.

To keep things easy to manage, I suggest that you put these on thingiverse and add a link to this thread. If you don't have an account, I can throw them on for you.

dang nabit Wild Bill, how come I can't find you then? I would like to follow you if possible on Thingiverse.

The only design I have seen credited to Wild Bill is the laser mount that Stoney put up on Thingiverse and gave him credit.

Actually I don't have an account, that's why others have put them in - that is fine with me to add them to the existing parts list.
Laser: was an A3 2.0w TTL L6 Z axis now 2'x3'
OpenBuilds ACRO 510 w/ 2.0W TTL laser Cohesion Mini Z axis Homing switches
K40 Cohesion Mini 60W LightObject LPS
          80W Red-Black 500x700

cool is simply a subjective state of mind

Anyone have a hardware list for danowars rotary axis and maybe a good side shot of the base so I can figure out how that goes together? Trying to figure out what I need before downloading this. I tried messaging him on Thingiverse but haven't heard anything back.

Thanks
Michael

I will double check lengths but all you need is 3 M3 or M4 bolts and maybe nuts. I work with him, so I will try and find out for you. I will also give him crap for not updating Thingiverse

You need M4x10 and nuts

I am assuming 3 of each for the knobs. The nut is to be hot glued in.
