Qcad, nanocad, Inkscape, librecad.....

I would stay away from non-dedicated CAD programs. Their DXF file exports have proven to be buggy.

Use a dedicated 2D CAD program such as QCAD, LibreCAD, NanoCAD, etc.

can't get upgrade to install on my windows 10 .exe file not working al so can't use paypal for payment (newbie)
