Problem with dongle ?

I regularly use T2Laser on 3 computers (I have the dongle version). One is upstairs and has never been connected to the laser and a desktop downstairs in the shop, also a laptop downstairs some times used with the laser. I just changed the video card in the desktop and T2Laser is now asking for a valid key. The key I used before is not being excepted and the program loops around and asks for a valid key. It will no longer run in trial mode either. I uninstalled and reinstalled but that didn't help. T2 laser is still running fine on the other 2 computers.

License support questions need to be sent by e-mail. Sorry but I don't have a way to connect forum names to licenses.

It most likely lost your configuration, so has disabled the dongle mode. It is now complaining as your stored key doesn't match the hardware, it's fairly simple to reset and then you can register with the dongle key again.
