problem EleksLaser-A3 Pro 2500mW

I bought an EleksMaker® EleksLaser-A3 Pro 2500mW in banggood.
I had paid the insurance.
I was detained at customs and they charged me 83 Euros.
The problem was that when I opened the package the laser module and the glasses were missing.
I spoke with the banggood service and they told me that they sent it to me, that they checked the weight and that I am right, but they tell me that they have to receive it from the distributor and that I do not know how long it will take.
Will paypal communicate what happened?
Or wait.
On the page I see that they have them for sale, I do not know why they do not send me one and I have to wait.

File a PayPal dispute immediately, that is the only way you will get it resolved.

I have written this today:

For the order , we have arranged an resend of the missing item laser head to

your original address, but this accessory is out of stock now and we are not sure

 the predicted time . We would like to return 200 Banggood points to your account ,actually, 100 points is equal to 1 dollars . Could you please wait for a few days ?

We would ship as soon as the accssory is in stock .

If you turn on the complaint on Paypal , we would have to cancel the resend due

to the Banggood policy .
So sorry for any inconvenience it may caused .
We would appreciate it if you could reply soon.

You can check PayPal policy but in the USA you have 6 months to file a dispute, since you have an email where they accept the laser wasn't shipped I would tell them they need to ship a replacement within 2 weeks and provide the tracking number as proof or you will file a dispute. That should tell them you are serious, or you want refund, not points.
