Where can I get the rollers for the a3 frame ?

I'm assuming you mean the plastic wheel with bearing. There are at least two different but similar wheels commonly used on laser etchers. Please post a picture and if possible the diameter in mm.

openbuilds.com carries a "Mini V Wheel" that looks like yours. Time to measure. From their store:

I don't know if these will be any good at all, but, for the price I will be ordering a batch of them soon for a project I have coming up at work.
