Text Burns with a Wave

Hey guys... was trying to burn some trophies and when it burnt the text, there was a slight wave in it. I created the image using Publisher and saved it as a JPEG then opened in T2.

Is the issue the file or the font?

Should I try a different file extension?

It sounds like backlash (mechanical play), a picture would confirm.

Assuming the material is flat I would say you have a wobble in your carriage (wheels).

I burnt a huge hulk image and it turned out perfect.. maybe I will try to pull the wheels off and check them over.. Need to get 12 trophies burnt for the fishing series. Lol
