15 watt laser/driver board with Woodpecker 3.2a GRBL board ON ALL THE TIME!!

Has anyone had any success with the above combo? I keep getting the laser on at full power at Idle and no power when calling for the laser on.  I am using the 3 wire hook up and the WP board has GRBL 1.1f.. any help very appreciated..

That's the same board that came with my Mini CNC. It worked for about an hour before the spindle remained on when it was supposed to turn off. I replaced it with a Cronos and external controller.

I never used it on a laser but it looks like you have everything wired correctly, which 1.1f firmware are you using?

the board came updated with 1.1f that is all I know . can you direct me to the Cronos control board?

I would suggest an Eleks Mana board for a laser but you should be able to get the Woodpecker to work.

Since you have nothing to lose you could try my Grbl 1.1e Default and see what happens (I suspect the same but it's worth a try).
