Laser hits dead spot when engraving
« on: May 27, 2020, 05:15:58 AM »
Hi! Bit of an issue has just popped up with my laser. I'm using an A3 eleksmaker with T2Laser. For some reason, the images I'm engraving have suddenly started missing a section in the exact same place. It wasn't a one-off as I've tried it with two different images and it happened both times which makes me think it's the laser rather than the software? Any help appreciated. Photos attached.

Looks too clean to be random, Can you post the source image? Does the location move if you change the speed?

You can check the simulation "view" to confirm the image / G-code, then yes I would agree it's probably the laser and could be a bad cable?

Thanks for the help, guys. I think it was a bad cable causing the issue.
