Belt Tensioner
« on: August 30, 2016, 06:20:49 PM »
I am in need of some items printed, I found on Thingaverse a better tensioner for the GT2 Belts and would like them printed so I can use them.  I am willing to pay for this as well as for shipping.  I will post the files here and in the forum for better Belt tensioners.  Please let me know how much this will cost

If you can't find someone here, try 3dhubs.com and you should be able to find a local 3D hub to print them for you and then you can go pick them up.

Unless I got the wrong files the were not suitable for my A5 laser.

M5 mounting, GT3 belt and imperial assembly screws. I did a mod to accomodate M6 mounting screws, GT2 belt and M3 screws for assembly, and added some fillets and chamfers.

Edit: one part didn't have M6 mounting holes after all. Fixed.
