My laser was weak

it cuts wood thickness of 1mm Intensity: 255, Speed 300 at once.
Now with this same configuration spent ten turns and still not gone through the wood ...

Does anyone know what can it be?

Your question is confusing. You say it cuts through 1mm wood and then you say it can't cut it in 10 passes? I must be missing something here?

until yesterday, I: 255, S: 300, cut my wood blades 1mm ... now neither ten times it separates wood...

Take a look at the back of your controller board...does it look dirty or greasy? You might want to try cleaning it but I'm not 100% sure what to use...maybe someone else can jump in here and tell us both what you should use to clean the back of the controller board.

If nothing else has changed I can't think what else to try...unless your controller board just failed for some reason?

Can you get it to work and do anything else? I know you are trying to cut, but can you do anything else? Engrave? Make a circle? Etc?

Yes, it's working all apparently normal, except that the laser now seems to be 300mW and not more than 5500mW

I did not understand about being dirty the controller board ... everything is ok, the machine has two weeks was mounted.

I'm confused...you said you can't cut wood making 10 passes (quote: "now neither ten times it separates wood"), now you're saying everything is normal? So now you CAN cut wood again?

Normal is the operation of it, but the power this weak.
no,I can't cut wood.
before, with the laser at max (255) and Time: 300, I cut wood 1mm ...
now, I can only engrave with the same configuration.

Have you focused the laser properly? A tiny change in focus will have a dramatic effect on the beam intensity at the dot.

Loosing power dramatically is a classic LED failure mode. If an LED is fed too much current, the die will start to 'hog' current in hot spots that will fail. This results in an LED running at a fraction of its capabilities but otherwise 100% operable. Try a different laser.
