30x40cm 40W CO2 Chinese laser with bad PS (replacement PS on the way)
future: maybe a 30x40cm 2500mW from Banggood if Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals are good?  :-)

That is correct but let me make sure it is still playing well with BCL. Also, try exporting to T2LMode and import to BCL and see if you get the same thing.

Aha!  I switched to T2L mode in Convert2DXF and it worked fine, no warnings at all with my butterfly image when loading into BCL. 

Moderators: I know I've now got a single issue spanning multiple threads, feel free to combine into one or prune it if needed.
