It looks like you were in the right place...

There's the default one for Benbox and the J-Tech for T2Laser.

Which machine do you have, is it one of those LaserAxe things that needs some custom firmware they won't release? If so, you may be stuck getting the fix from them unless someone is successful in downloading it.

Your laser is the same as most use on this forum.....All info is available from one of the following and FREE  trial progs available for each to try.

http://www.BenCutLaser.us/BenCutLaserSetup1.5.3.exe.zip

For the above there at about 15 videos avail on Youtube by the Administrator showing you AND  describing the system......Just go to YOUTUBE and type in BENCUT LASER  and see the sidebar.

OR try Zax's program.

IF  you download one of those I mention above   (BCL  or T2 a HEX FILE IS  SHOWN on each......pick one program or the other........and follow the instructions.  In the BCL prog the top line shows SETUP Bottom left shows what to do ..........................

On T2 prog Zax has top line with HELP..  click for the Online Manual......

Aint got a clue.  BUT you could check the section on the index marked  TROUBLESHOOTING.. That info may be in there or someone may come on here and let you know.

It looks like the standard machines, just with a copy Eleks board.

What software are you using?

If you try T2Laser with the J-Tech firmware it should work, see my conversion document but skip the jumper line as I don't think that board has one.

If you use Benbox software you need to use their firmware, usually the one I posted in the firmware section is correct but your machine has a different board so I don't know if it will work.
