Something looks funny about his 'laser' art...I think he is using a milling machine to do these...some of the close ups show what appear to be saw dust debris on top of the work...you don't get that with lasers...I think the clincher is the last picture of himself...he's all covered in cherry wood saw dust...I'm not taking anything away from his art work...it's beautiful but I don't think he is doing this all with just a laser.

Yeah, I'd be betting on hes milling out the "3D" effect, and adding colour with the laser after. Of course he could just be milling the outlines of the works, but i doubt it.

But yeah, wicked cool stuff; probably takes a while at that level of detail!
