I can not figure out how to arc text around the bottom of the circle on the outside. 
Ive got it draped over the top but cant seem to get it around the bottom

If you have it on top, change to CCW and it will swap to the bottom.

If you want it upside down just change the position value to spin it around to the bottom.

Using the different combinations you can get it anywhere you like.
