Best free software

Hi all again im a noob to this

I am currently waiting on a new board for my laser as it started to smoke


And just wondering what the best free software is that i can use with a 5.5w laser

I use https://github.com/LaserWeb/LaserWeb4 laserweb4.
Its free if a little strange to use. Once you figure out the correct workflow it works well.
Then there is the fantastic T2Laser witch I also use a lot but this is not free (there is a demo version).
