laser module button use?

hi guys,
i bought a ttl laser module and mana se board.
on the laser there is a button that I thought operated the low power.
if I press it on the laser board the green LED lights up and I have no laser emission.
if I press it again on the laser board, blue LED lights up and I have laser emission.
it's normal?

ttl is fantastic, you can see the change of beam power changing little on the values (30 and 35 are different!)
also 2.5w ttl seems to me more powerful than 3w no ttl

Do you have a product specs? I recently looked at Eleksmaker diode modules and the 2.5W costs more than the 3.5W

Keep us posted. I reinstalled my older 2.5W in place of the newer 3.5W. Better at etching fine lines but it is definitely failing and needs to be replaced.

Hello guys,
I installed and wired the new laser. fantastic.
it's 2.5w but it looks much more powerful than the old 3w.
I can't do the grayscale but only dig deeper. (good for blind people, 3d image)

the second photo is laserply untreated and it is almost acceptable, but on treated wood it doesn't work
any idea?
